What to include when asking for a roofing quote

Tell us whether you need help with a pitched roof, a flat roof, chimney work, guttering or the roofline. If water is entering, describe where you first noticed it and whether it happens in ordinary rain or only with wind. A damp mark indoors may not be directly below the outside defect, so it is useful to explain what you have seen without trying to diagnose it yourself.

Mention the property location, the type of roof covering if you know it, and any access limits such as a narrow side passage or shared boundary. You can send photographs taken safely from the ground, but there is no need to climb onto a roof to make an enquiry. If rainwater is close to electrical fittings, keep clear of the affected area and explain the urgency when calling.

For planned work, let us know whether you are considering a repair or full replacement and what questions you want answered in the written quote. You can use the form above, call the number shown on this page or email us. The service links below explain the work we cover before you get in touch.

Get in touch for a free roofing quote, honest advice or emergency support. Fill in the form and we'll get back to you fast — or call us directly.

Whether you need a free quote for a new roof , want to discuss a flat roofing project, need urgent roof repairs or have a guttering issue , we're ready to help.
