Our quote and contact forms ask for your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, your area, the service you need and a message about the work. The browser user agent string is stored with each enquiry so we can tell genuine enquiries from spam.

We use enquiry details only to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and record the work. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for marketing mailings.

Form submissions are emailed to us through Web3Forms and a copy is stored in the enquiry database that comes with our website platform. Some pages embed a Google map; the map loads from Google and Google may set its own cookies once it loads.

Enquiry records are not deleted automatically. We keep them while we deal with your enquiry and then as ordinary business records. Ask us and we will delete your enquiry sooner.

This website does not use analytics tools and does not set advertising, tracking or preference cookies of its own.

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, to object to certain uses, or to receive it in a portable format. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
